Notice is hereby given that Truist Bank, a North Carolina chartered bank headquartered at 214 N Tryon Street, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC 28202 has made application to the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks (NCCOB) to establish a de novo branch at 13815 Smoketown Road, Woodbridge, Prince William County, VA 22192 to be known as the Smoketown Road Branch. The application will be processed in accordance with NCGS § 53C-6-15. Any interested person may submit written comments to NCCOB. Comments received within 15 days of the publication of the public notice shall be considered by NCCOB. Comments can be submitted to NCCOB, 4309 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4309.
