NOTICE OF BRANCH OPENING (posted 8/24/26)

Application of First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, for authority to establish a branch at 114 Herlong Avenue, York County, Rock Hill, SC 29732, to be known as the Rock Hill Ebenezer branch has been filed with the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks ("NCCOB”). The application will be processed in accordance with NCGS § 53C-6-15 and Article 17B of Chapter 53 of the General Statutes. Any interested person may submit written comments to the NCCOB, 4309 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4309. The comment period on this application will end 15 days from the date of publication. The NCCOB will consider comments received within the comment period.
