An application has been filed by HomeTrust Bank, Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina, for authority to relocate its Eden Branch, 106 Van Buren Road, Eden, Rockingham County, North Carolina, to 231 West Kings Highway, Eden, Rockingham County, North Carolina, to be processed in accordance with G.S. 53C-6-16. 

The public is invited to submit written comments on this application to the Commissioner of Banks, 4309 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-4309. The comment period for this application will end 15 days from the date of publication. The Commissioner of Banks will consider written comments received within the comment period.
