Notice is hereby given that The Fidelity Bank, a North Carolina chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity BancShares (N.C.), having its principal office at 100 South Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application with the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks for approval to merge with Affinity BancShares, Inc. and Affinity Bank, National Association, with The Fidelity Bank as the surviving entity. Affinity Bank, National Association is a national bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of Affinity BancShares, Inc. Affinity Bank, National Association and Affinity BancShares, Inc. each have their principal corporate offices at 3175 Highway 278, Covington, Georgia, 30014. This notice is published pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 53C-10-202 and 53C-7-202.
