Mortgage Renewal Information

NC S.A.F.E. Act (Effective July 31, 2009), requires annual renewal of all licenses issued to mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, mortgage servicers, mortgage origination support registrants, and mortgage loan originators.

All mortgage renewal applications must be submitted via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
