Registration and Renewals Renewal of Existing Registration Refund anticipation loan facilitator registrations must be renewed annually between September 1 through December 1st. Registrations must be renewed via the NCCOB Online System. Shell renewal applications will be generated by NCCOB so the licensee can save time completing the renewal application. The shell application will have many of the data fields pre-populated using information that NCCOB already has on record. Renewal applications will be charged $100 per location offering refund anticipation loans.
