Application for New Company License

To apply for a refund anticipation loan facilitators license, please complete the online application by clicking below. New applications will be charged $250 per location offering refund anticipation loans. This may be paid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

New Branch Application

To enter a branch application for a new location, please login to the NCCOB Online system and complete Branch application by clicking on the "Application List" menu item and then clicking on the "New Branch Application" button. New applications will be charged $250 per location. This may be paid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
