Check Cashers Annual Report & Renewal Annual Report Annual reports are required and are due between July 1st and September 1st. Annual reports may be filed through our NCCOB Online System Renewal of Existing License Check casher licenses must be renewed annually between July 1st and September 1st. Licenses can be renewed via the NCCOB Online System. The renewal fee is $250 for the first office and $50 for each additional office. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
