Elder Fraud and Abuse Scam Alert

The NC Secretary of State, Attorney General, and Commissioner of Insurance created this "Scam Jam" video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFpCMYe8ZNw) to raise awareness of the new and terrifying ways that criminals are stealing money from older adults. Please warn your parents and grandparents and consider sharing this video with them and other loved ones. Anyone with a funded retirement account is a top target for scammers because they have money, they probably have lovable children and grandchildren, and they might be lonely. And to make it worse, many of these scams go unreported because it's embarrassing to get caught up in something like this.
